COMISSÃO PERMANENTE DE LICITAÇÃO

TERMO DE RATIFICAÇÃO DA DISPENSA DE LICITAÇÃO Nº 23.2024.DISP.

RECONHEÇO a Dispensa de Licitação fundamentada no art. 75, inciso II da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021 de 01 de abril de 2021, e suas atualizações posteriores e em consonância com o parecer jurídico acostado aos autos, para a contratação da(o) RCM COMERCIO VAREJISTA RAMON COELHO LTDA, referente à aquisição de kit enxoval para distribuição de gestantes em vulnerabilidade social . RATIFICO, conforme prescreve a Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021, determino que se proceda a publicação do devido extrato, com a fundamentação legal Art. 75, inciso II, Parágrafo único da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021.
