Objeto: O presente termo tem por objeto o aditamento da ata referida no preâmbulo, para acréscimo de quantitativos aos itens do Pregão Presencial nº 008/2023, com alteração do valor global inicialmente estimado, em consonância com a descrição. Fundamento Legal Lei 8.666/93 Art. 65 § 1º Objeto: acréscimo de quantidade. Ficam mantidas todas as demais cláusulas do contrato ora aditado. Senador Elói de Souza – RN, 01/03/2024
